Though care for seniors has traditionally been the responsibility of family members, in modern society, old people are mostly left alone at their homes or cared for in an elderly home. According to World Health Organisation \u201cHealth is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of any disease or infirmity.\u201d A process of becoming older is aging. The body&#039;s development and maturation are natural aspects of this phenomena. The process of aging or becoming old involves several physical and psychological changes. Palliative care encompasses a variety of services provided to patients and their families by a variety of experts, all of whom have equally vital responsibilities to play.
